Had problems with upgrading from trial version

I had the trial version, and liked it enough to get the full version. When I bought it from the app store, and tried to launch it, it still says my trial version has expired, and I have to buy it again from their online store. Dont buy it until theyve got this sorted out.

Edit: After contacting customer service, they recommended uninstalling, restarting my computer, then reinstalling from the app store. This worked out well, so this is no longer a problem!
